- Customer Information Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the visitor or customer to ensure that all information entered on the Printograph Screen Printing Mat Trading website is accurate and up-to-date. In the event of any changes to customer details, order information, quotations, or any other relevant data, the customer must promptly notify Printograph of these changes to ensure that all records are accurate.
- Tax Information for Legal Entities: If the customer is a legal entity, they are required to provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) for invoicing purposes.
- Typographical Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors, technical issues, or any other publishing mistakes, Printograph Screen Printing Mat Trading reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If the customer’s payment has already been charged for a canceled order, Printograph will issue a refund for the amount of the incorrect price.
- Additionally, in cases where product weight or dimensions are listed incorrectly due to typographical or technical errors, Printograph reserves the right to cancel any orders placed based on these incorrect details.
